Associated with immunity and behavioural traits, the microbiome is known to be paramount in maintaining health and preventing disease. What is also becoming clear is that the diversity of the Asia-Pacific region – geographically, culturally and economically – has produced variations in microbiota which may contribute to differences in how various diseases present and respond to standard treatments.
Against this backdrop, I am delighted to announce that the 5th Microbiome R&D and Business Collaboration Congress Asia is co-hosted with the National Central University and National Chiao Tung University (GLORIA) of Taiwan. The congress takes place on the 6th and 7th of March 2019 in Taiwan. It is co-located with the 4th Probiotics Congress Asia.

Poster presentation sessions will take place in breaks and alongside the other breakout sessions of the conference. Your presentation will be displayed in a dedicated area, with the other accepted posters from industry and academic presenters.
