We charge an admin fee of €100 to industry delegates to present, that goes towards the shared cost of providing the poster presentation area and display boards, guides etc. This fee is waived for those representing academic institutions and not for profit organisations.
Submission instructions
We will require the form (downloadable below) to be submitted by the 16th February. This is the formal deadline however space is another limiting factor so early application is recommended. Therefore please contact us with any questions you have as soon as possible.
The congress was very well organized. I like the tight schedule that ensured no sessions ran too long. The posters and booths area ware nicely set up. The food was delicious and the drinks were good selections. I found plenty of time to network with other attendees.
I thought that the content was good and I loved the way everyone kept to time and it was easy to move between tracks/rooms. The length of the talks and sessions also made for an enjoyable meeting.
It was a focused conference – not too big, so it was easier to talk to people of interest. I liked the fact that posters, exhibitions and food was in the same place which allowed for talking to people over food/drinks.
The talks had excellent content, with speakers sharing data rather than just giving overviews.
