The 2022 conference will examine the latest in genomics and gene editing methods for specific crop plants and horticulture as well as the latest applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in plant science. This conference will also explore developments in genomics and gene editing for plant research in aspects such as crop trait development, disease resistance, epigenetics and plant breeding just to name a few. This year, we would also look into a variety of novel breeding techniques developed for rapid advancements in this field of research.

The World Forum convention centre is located in The Hague between the beach and city centre. It is located near two international airports, Schiphol (30 minutes by public transport) and Rotterdam The Hague Airport (45 minutes by public transport). Poster presentation sessions will take place in breaks and alongside the other breakout sessions of the conference. Your presentation will be displayed in a dedicated area, with the other accepted posters from industry and academic presenters.
We also issue a poster eBook to all attendees containing your full abstract, and you can share your poster as a PDF after the meeting if you desire (optional).

In order to present a poster at the forum, you need to be registered as a delegate. Please note that there is limited space available and poster space is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis (subject to checks and successful registration).
Submission instructions
We will require the form (downloadable below) to be submitted by the 25th March 2022. This is the formal deadline however space is another limiting factor so early application is recommended. Therefore please contact us with any questions you have as soon as possible.
POSTER COMPETITION – CLOSING DATE 25th March 2022
1. Submit your entry before the closing deadline (1 entry per person)
2. Two entries will be selected by the judges based on the abstract(s) submitted
3. The winner of the poster presentation will be given a 15-minute speaking position on the conference agenda and will be notified in advance of the meeting
4. The winner will also receive a certificate from the organisers and receive a copy of Genome editing for precision crop breeding from our media partner Burleigh Dodds Publishing.
5. Representatives from solution provider organisations or experts already speaking on the program are not eligible to enter the competition but are welcome to present posters at the meeting as normal
