Covid-19 Refund Guarantee

A ‘no questions asked’ cancellation refund available to the date specified on the meeting website.

If a live meeting cannot take place, the conference may become an online event using a suitable platform. In this case, you will receive a refund on the difference between the live and online fees, and you will also be given on-demand access to the videos of the available talks after the event at no extra charge.

We also reserve the right to postpone the event instead. This option may be chosen where the notice period is too short to build an online platform or because of any disruption to the availability of speakers or supporters. If this occurs you will be given the right to cancel your booking at that time and request a full refund or to transfer registration to the new dates without extra cost, even if the published prices are raised in the meantime.


Standard Refund Policy

If a registered delegate is unable to attend the event, he/she may nominate a substitute of equal standing within their company. A substitute delegate must be nominated within a week of the cancellation and approved by the organiser in advance in order to avoid cancellation charges being applied.

If a substitute Delegate is not available the following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 1 month prior to the event – 100% refund
Less than 1 months prior to the event – No refund
