Conference Planning

To ensure that your conference meets the targets and objectives our professional support team will maintain regular contact with the event committee. Working in partnership, we will provide full administration & management support.

From the initial brief, we will develop content that maximises the impact of your event and supports the event objectives. We also provide full speaker support from the initial stage of event development up until completion, including acquisition, registration, housing, and presentation assistance on-site. In consultation, we will prepare content-based materials that are of the highest quality for use at the meeting.

With over 12 years of experience, we can assist in delegate acquisition for the meeting, as well as providing efficient registration procedures in the run-up to the meeting. This is complemented by our professional on-site teams who will welcome your delegates.

Financial Management

The success of the meeting will depend on sound financial administration. Working with you we will prepare a conference budget covering registration and sponsorship income and conference expenditure.  This service also includes pre-financing, credit control, cash flow, contingency planning, insurance, compliance, and auditing. We offer real-time reporting and prepare the final accounts.

Exhibition & Sponsorship

  • Identify and solicit potential sponsors and exhibitors
  • Design bespoke sponsorship packages
  • Liaise with the venue and suppliers for exhibit set-up
